Situated on beautiful Lake Bracciano in the picturesque village of Trevignano Romano only 45 kms from the centre of Rome. Spacious self-contained ground floor apartment in owners' villa. Sleeps 6.
The house is situated in a quiet residential street just five minutes from the village centre and all services. A large lounge (100 sq.ms)and dining area leads onto the terrace overlooking the attractive garden. The fully-fitted kitchen also has a dishwasher. The main bedroom has a double bed or two single beds and a cot can be provided for a young child. In the lounge there is a double bed settee.There are two bathrooms. The television has satellite connections with channels in English.
There is an extra charge for linen.


The lake and beaches are five minutes away and is ideal for sailing, canoeing and windsurfing.It is 45 kms to the coast with its many beaches.

There are train and coach services to the centre of Rome. However, a car is recommended for touring the area which is an ideal centre for trips in a region of great artistic, cultural and natural interest.
There is a delightful small mediaeval part of Trevignano and a tree-lined lakeside path runs along the lake for about three kilometres with many bars and restaurants.Trevignano faces south is one of three towns on the lake. In summer a boat takes visitors round the lake.

Sailing, canoeing, windsurfing on the lake, and swimming. Horseriding and tennis are also available. There are many signposted walks
